Day 1 : Casablanca – Rabat – Meknès – Fes

At the beginning of the tour, your driver will pick you up at your hotel in Casablanca. Here, we take a look at the cultural highlights before driving off to Rabat, once again undertaking a small city tour. From there, we continue to Fes, passing Meknès along the way. For the night,
we’ll settle in a local hotel.

Day 2 : Sightseeing in Fes

This day will be spent exploring Morocco’s oldest city: Fes. Taking a walk through its narrow alleys and beautiful streets first, our guided tour begins at the gates of the royal palace, followed by the Jewish district, where the first Mellah was built in the 15th century. We’ll make sure not to forget Fes’ other culturally and historically important places like the Qarawiyīn University, the traditional tanneries and the Mausoleum of Moulay Idriss. You are free to spend the afternoon in the older parts of the city before we have dinner together. The night will be spent in a local hotel.

Day 3 : Fes – Merzouga

Our private tour begins with a drive towards the Atlas Mountains, stopping in the villages Azrou and Ifrane. There, we’ll have the chance to visit the famous Cedar woods, home to the Berber apes. From there, we cross the Tiz Ntalghamt mountain pass and the Ziz gorges. We recommend a stop at this beautiful view with freshly served Moroccan mint tea!
Our journey then continues to Erfoud and Rissani, a desert oasis right at the gates of the Sahara. Having arrived at the Erg Chebbi desert dunes, we’ll trade in our 4×4 for camels and ride for about 90 minutes above the dunes, being guided by experienced camel herdsmen. Our destination is a desert camp promising an unforgettable night with delicious meals, Berber music, a warming campfire and the star-filled sky above us.

Day 4 : Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorges – Dadès Gorges

We’ll start early on this day to witness the sunrise in the Merzouga desert and ride on camels back to the village hotel. From there, we travel on towards Tinghir to reach the Todra Gorges, the highest and narrowest canyon of Morocco. Here, we may stop to wander around the valley
and have lunch. Our next stop is the Dadès Gorge, where we’ll visit the age-old sandcastles and geological formations known as “apes’ toes”. We spend the night in a hotel in the Dadès Gorge, dinner and breakfast included.

Day 5 : Dadès Gorges – Aït-Ben-Haddou – Tizi n’Tichka – Marrakech

Our tour continues with a drive to Kalaat Mgouna and into the province of Ouarzazate, which is internationally known as “African Hollywood”. Many famous films have been shot there, such as the HBO series Game of Thrones. Here, we may visit a local film studio and a local
kasbah, a fortress of antique origin. Subsequently we continue to the small city of Kalaa Mgouna, Morocco’s “city of roses”, which is home to another famous kasbah, being the largest in all Morocco and an UNESCO world heritage site. We then drive over the Atlas Mountains to Marrakech, where we’ll spend the night in a Medina hotel.

Day 6 : Marrakech – Casablanca

After breakfast, we finally explore Marrakech, the” Red city of Morocco”. The guided tour includes a visit of the Jardin Majorelle (a botanical garden), the Koutoubia Mosque, theSaadier graves and the Bahia Palace. In the afternoon, you’ll have the chance to stroll through the city on your own before we head back to Casablanca.
