Day 1: Marrakech – Tizi n‘Tichka Mountain Pass – Ouarzazate – Dadès Gorges

Your private tour begins with a breathtaking view of the Atlas Mountains while we make our way through the Tizi n‘Tichka Mountain Pass – our destination being the UNESCO World Heritage of Aït-Ben-Haddou, known as a Hollywood film set of movies like Gladiator or the HBO series Game of Thrones. Having then arrived in Ouarzazate, we’ll visit the Atlas movie studios and a kasbah in the city. We continue our tour to the valley of roses, which is famous for its annual rose festival, and travel to the Dadès Gorges. Here, we’ll have dinner and spend the night in a local hotel.

Day 2: Dadès Gorges – Todra Gorges – Rissani – Merzouga desert

After breakfast, we move on to the longest part of the tour, travelling in a 4×4 to the Todra Gorges first for lunch. In the afternoon, we drive on through Tinejdad and the Tourog Palm Groves to Erfoud.

There, we’ll be taking the chance to visit a local factory producing goods out of fossils –you’ll be able to pick up some souvenirs in the designated shop! Afterwards, we’ll drive to the fascinating Merzouga dunes where you can choose whether to go on in our 4×4 or instead optional for a camel ride! Having arrived in a Berber camp, we’ll enjoy the sunset and settle for the night.

Day 3: Merzouga desert – Agdez – Ouarzazate – Marrakech

Starting early to watch the sun rise over the desert, we’ll be riding on camels again towards a tiny hotel and have breakfast there. Aiming for Ouarzazate, we pass Rissani, Agdez and the Draa Valley. The final stage of the trip leads us back to Marrakech over the Tizi n‘Tichka Mountain Pass.

Confirmation and Payment

25% deposit is necessary to confirm any program. The reservation should be done at least 4 weeks before starting program. Tours booked before that need full payment at the time of booking.
